The Niche Story

A point of view built over time.

Heritage is where the earlier chapters belong: the people, store, press and campaigns that shaped Niche before the current website, current collection and Bazaar world.

The archive is used selectively as evidence. It should make the present-day Niche easier to understand, not become a catalogue of everything that happened.

Point of view

What carries through.

01

Independent selection.

Frames are chosen for character and relevance, not simply because a logo is familiar.

02

Proper optical care.

The clinical side and the eyewear side belong together rather than living as separate businesses.

03

Personal service.

The experience is built around people, conversation and knowing what works when a frame is actually worn.

Still Niche

The point of looking back is to understand what still matters.

The strongest parts of the past should make the present clearer. The people, the edit, the optical expertise and the character of the Glasgow store are not separate archive chapters. They are the foundation of the experience today.
